Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Pharma, life sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. will be an added advantage.
- 5+ years of proven technical service experience in pharmaceutical ready-mix film coatings.
- Strong knowledge of ready-mix coating formulations and application processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Color Matching and Customization
Utilize advanced color matching techniques for customizing ready-mix coatings and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Customer Collaboration
Collaborate with customers to understand specific requirements and preferences, delivering coatings that meet desired functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Troubleshooting Coating Issues
Troubleshoot film-coating related challenges faced by customers by identifying and implementing effective solutions.
Technical Support
Provide timely and efficient technical support to troubleshoot issues, fostering strong customer relationships through problem resolution.
Product Development
Actively participate in the development and customization of coating formulations.
On-Site Demonstrations
Conduct on-site demonstrations of coatings, showcasing their application and performance to customers.
Laboratory Practices and Documentation
Follow rigorous good lab practices for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to ready-mix coating experiments and formulations.
