Position Purpose:
To achieve production targets within the specified timeline as per planning, continuous monitoring of plant processes and following SOP, and instructions by the Plant Manager.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities of Shift Incharge Production:
- Plan shift-wise production activities and monitoring
- Ensure raw materials availability
- Regular plant rounds to monitor process parameters
- Implement safety measures as defined in the risk assessment
- Maintain existing & updated systems
- Interdepartmental communication and coordination
- Manpower allocation and rotation
- Plant shift report preparations
- Utilization of manpower for housekeeping
- Impart training to Operators
- Manage Growth Management System

Who Are You:
B.Sc./M.Sc. (organic/inorganic chemistry), BE Chemical Approximately 5+ Years experience.
