We are looking for:
A Coating Specialist
for Resin business, based in Vadodara, reports to India Technical ManagerBSc/MSc Chemistry Coating Specialist Responsibilities
- Self driven polymer expert: Assist project leader for the technical development of emulsion polymers and various new emulsification formulations platform projects pertaining to coatings and adhesive applications.
- R&I projects: Implementation in alignment with business strategy.
- Technical service and lab work: Lead and coordinate activities on various emulsion polymers solutions and paints formulations with customers.
- Innovation and quality: Ensure performance and competitiveness of technologies and solutions proposed.
- Housekeeping and safety: Follow EHS guidelines and maintain proper records.
BSc/MSc Chemistry Coating Specialist Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemistry or similar disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in waterborne resin synthesis
- Knowledge in polymer chemistry and paint additive correlation
- Experience in resin synthesis for paints and coating industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
