Job Description
- To conduct tests, analyze results, and implement quality control procedures in order to maintain the integrity and consistency of the products throughout the production process.
- To perform routine and non-routine chemical tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of products or services through testing and inspection processes.
- Ensure that products or services comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Investigate quality issues and determine the root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Handle and investigate customer complaints related to product or service quality.
- Regularly calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards to ensure accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of instruments to keep them in good working condition.
- Must have knowledge of using various analytical techniques and equipment, such as
- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, and Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy, etc.
