Welcome to MSN Laboratories, a leading pharmaceutical company in the API industry. We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our Process R&D department for API synthesis. Work Location: MSN Laboratories Pvt Ltd, Unit-1, Rudraram, Sangareddy, Telangana
Job Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry) / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development activities: Optimize API synthesis processes, aiming for improved efficiency, yield, and quality.
- Design and execute experiments: Develop new synthetic routes for APIs, utilizing principles of organic chemistry and process engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Including process chemists, analytical chemists, and engineers, to develop and scale-up API manufacturing processes.
- Perform process characterization and optimization studies: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: That arise during API process development and scale-up.
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation: Document experimental protocols, results, and process parameters for future reference and regulatory submissions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements: In API process development and contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D practices.
- Collaborate with external partners: Such as contract research organizations (CROs) or academic institutions, as needed for research projects.
- Assist in technology transfer activities: Provide necessary support and guidance to ensure successful implementation of developed processes.
