- Exposure of tablet manufacturing like ORAL SOLID DOSAGE FORM i.e. Granulation, Compression and Coating, Dispensing, shifting & milling of all types of Tablets
- Review and Correction of Non-conformance observations of BMR to minimize the errors, cuttings and overwriting, give training to fill the BMR and corrections procedure as per the requirement of regulatory authorities.
- Knowledge of operating all type of Tooling receipt, Inspection, Usage & Accountability (B, BB, BD, D). Records.
- Daily Scale Balance calibration record. Full Scale Balance calibration record. FBD Bag Receipt, Usage and Accountability records.
- Provide cGMP training and To ensure that all the activities in the organization are carried out as per cGMP.
- Maintaining Equipment Log card, BMR and Daily documents.
- Maintaining good co-ordination and inter departmental follows up with QA, QC, RM Store and with Maintenance deptt.
- Experience of equipment handling like ROTOVAC BLISTER MACHINE,ALU ALU MACHINE,STRIP MACHINE etc.
- Knowledge of regulatory audits.
