Job Description:
- Provide the technical guidance to the QC/QA team.
- Department administration, work allocation and verification of effectiveness of service rendered by the department in absence of Asst.Manager- QA/QC
- Usage decision of product in each stage from SAP
- Investigation, root cause analysis CAPA for customer complaints
- Investigation, root cause analysis CAPA for Non conformities made by plant.
- Developing and maintaining product specification.
- Authorized for taking under deviation for RM, SFG and FG in absence of Asst. Manager -QA/QC
- Trouble shooting of all instruments in lab.
- Verification results of pesticide, aflatoxins and Rhodamine of IPM/regular.
- Responsible to ensure GMP and GLP in the Ongole unit.
- Updating the lab status to the management in absence of Asst.Manager.
- Preparation and updating of reports and documents.
- To ensure the product quality as per ISO, FSMS and HALAL.
- Responsible for keep updating regulatory updates.
- Verification of analysis method, specification, procedure and SOPs.
- Responsible for internal audit/External Audit
- Responsible for regulatory audit preparation, audit report preparation.
- Salvage of returned material.
- Cross monitoring of production and process activities.
- Monitoring of pest control activities in the Plant & Processing Unit.
- Regularly Monitoring the KPI of the department
- Special duties assigned by the QA/QC Head & Unit Lead from time to time.
Education: MSC chemistry with 3-4 yrs of Food Industry experience in QC/QA
