Applications on prescribed form are invited containing name, address, age, educational qualifications, experience etc. along with attested copies of certificates for the engagement of one position of Junior Research Fellow @ Rs.25000/-+HRA per month fixed for M.Sc. on contractual basis for a period of six months provided in the scheme “Impact assessment of heavy metal contamination in Satluj river and its tributaries on soil, water and crops in Punjab using geospatial technology” CSS-74 (PC-6234).

Salary: Rs.25000/-+HRA per month fixed
Qualifications:
- B.Sc./B.Sc. (Agriculture) with minimum OGPA of 2.00/4.00 basis or OCPA 5.00/10.00 basis or 50% marks.
- M.Sc. in Soil Science/Forestry/Chemistry with minimum OGPA of 3.40/4.00 basis or OCPA 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks.
Note: Preference will be given to those candidates with already having an experience of working in laboratories and conducting field experiments with knowledge of computer.
The last date for the receipt of applications in the office duly completed in all respect is 23-1-2018. The incomplete applications or unsupported by requisite documents will
not be entertained. The candidates should appear for interview on 29-01-2018 at 11.30 AM. in the office room of Head of the Department. No separate information for interview will be sent.
