Job Description:
1. Literature search and review.
2. Cost effective& timely development of Products.
3. Stability studies and review of the data.
4. Technical discussion with Technology transfer team for smooth scale-up.
5. Process challenge studies.
6. If any problem occurs during commercialization then resolve problems within time line.
7. Ensuring successful validation of new products.
8 . Explore new way to improve current practices .
9 . To accept more difficult task and able to perform them satisfactorily.
10. Ensure the continuous learning environment and grooming of subordinates .
Desired Profile:
1.Candidate must have exposure of F&D for US Market.
