Job Title – Executive – Quality Analyst

Salary – INR 1,00,000 – 2,25,000 P.A.
Purpose of Job :Â To Ensure the timely delivery of analytical results as per the requirement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining a Quality dashboard.
- Publishing of weekly and monthly quality reports.
- Conducting calibrations.
- Creating and maintaining Quality audit sheet on the calls that need to be audited on daily basis and also filling up the gaps were ever existing.
- Updating and helping the training team and the operation team on the gaps.
- Responsible for making sure that the Quality Specialist are meeting their targets.
Over All Responsibilities:
- Auditing the calls of all skill sets.
- Checking on the targets set to the operations team and updating them when ever required thru the quality manager.
- Conducting team huddles with the operation team on commonly made errors.
- Calibration of few calls with the agents thru the Training team during Re Training sessions.
- Motivating agents to achieve quality score
- Provide feedback in areas of improvement
