1. Experience for generics product dissolution development preferably for solid orals
2. Experience for complex product related substance method development
3. Good understanding in formulated product method development
4. Experience in forced degradation study
5. Knowledge on compendia method
6. Good knowledge on ICH guidelines
7. Good practical knowledge on Dissolution, HPLC, UV and other wet analysis related instrumentation
8. Hands on experience in method verification and method validation
9. Experience for method transfer
