Job Description :
● Sound knowledge in Chemistry
● Performing Literature search and identifying various synthetic routes
● Designing, planning and performing experiments as per process governance (Lab feasibility, Optimization, pre validation, CPP and validation)
● Interpretation of experimental results and propose process improvements (quality, yield, cost, etc)
● Preparing reports on project status and updating regularly
● Knowledge and Comply with cGMP procedures
● Preparing and training of cGMP procedures
● Knowledge and Comply with Safety procedures
● Supporting KGL / MS&T departments in resolving all the issues during scale up and suggest modifications in order to develop a scalable and robust process
● Preparation of required documents for transferring technology to plant at manufacturing scale
● Technology transfer at manufacturing scale in plant and preparation of required documentation to shop floor for smooth launching of products
● Commanding skill in verbal and written communication
