Age limit: 27 years

Emoluments:

  • B. Sc holders shall be paid monthly lump-sum remuneration of Rs. 9,500/- per month. Annual increment of Rs. 400/- shall be given.
  • M. Sc holders shall be paid monthly lump-sum remuneration of Rs. 10,500/- per month. Annual increment of Rs. 500/- shall be given.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertake plant visits and execute routine activities as per SOPs as detailed in co-ordination with Shift In-charge.
  • Collect readings/samples and maintain log of process parameters at desired frequency.
  • Take corrective actions for abnormality/deviation and report to DCS/ Panel In-charge/shift In-charge.
  • Take instructions from Shift In-charge and follow in case of emergency or deviation.
  • Carry out proper isolation/purging of machine/equipment in line with safety and environment norms for inspection, maintenance etc.
  • Safety and Environment Care.
  • Maintain general conditions and deposition of plant e.g. keeping the functional area clean, proper disposal of wastes, etc.
  • Provide suggestions for improvement in process.
  • Learn/adopt new working techniques.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Adherence to schedule for executing various activities.
  • Promptness in action.
  • Response time to act during emergency.
  • Timely compliance of service requests and critical jobs.
  • No. of near miss accidents reported.
  • Reduction in number of housekeeping violations recorded as part of housekeeping audit.
  • Number of implementable suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • Completed B.Sc (Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 55% and passed NCVT Exam in Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) Trade.
  • OR
  • Completed B.Sc (Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 55% and having minimum one year relevant experience as Field Operator
  • OR
  • Completed B.Sc (Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 55%, completed M.Sc (Chemistry) and having minimum one year relevant experience as Field Operator.
  • All courses must be full-time from recognized and reputed institution.

Skills Preferred:

-Should have knowledge of unit operations, heat transfer, mass transfer and allied static and rotating equipments.
-Knowledge of Computer operation is essential.
