National Institute of Biologicals an autonomous Institution under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOHFW)-Government of India is a premier Scientific Organization and a Centre of Excellence to ensure quality of biologicals and vaccines in the country. The institute responsibly assures and reviews the quality of number of Biological products available through domestic manufacturers or imports. The operations are carried out in the state of the art Facility of the Institute and in close coordination with Government of India regulatory authorities as Office of Drug Controller of India, Indian Pharmacopeia’s Commission. With the overall objective and to strengthen the regulations of biologicals in India, NIB, which is supported by the authorities, constituted of Governing body and General body of the Institute plays a vital role.
Position I
Job Title: Protein analytical chemistry Expert
Work Location: Noida
Experience: 5 years
Age Limit: 45 years as on 01/07/2017.
Remuneration: Rs.75, 000 /- p.m.
Qualifications:
- Essential –Â M.Sc. in Biochemistry or Biotechnology or Microbiology/M.Pharma/M. Tech (Biotech) with 5 years of experience OR PhD in the above mentioned subject with 2 Years of experience.
- Experience –
- Skilled Protein analytical chemist who has worked with on physiochemical characterization of Therapeutic Monoclonal antibodies in reputed Labs/Institute.
- The candidate should be proficient in the below mentioned analytical chemistry methods: Expertise in HPLC/LC-MS for Amino acid sequence (full as well as N and / or C terminal), peptide mapping, Glycoforms and other modifications like Phosphorylation, acetylation, Myrsitoylation, esterification, etc. Capillary electrophoresis, IEX-HPLC for charge variants and Aggregates analysis by SEC – HPLC, SDS-PAGE, IEF, disulphide bridges analysis, Western blotting.

Remuneration: Rs.50, 000 /- p.m.
Qualifications:
- Essential –Â M.Sc. in Biochemistry or Biotechnology or Microbiology/M.Pharma/M. Tech (Biotech) with 5 years of experience OR PhD in the above mentioned subject with 2 Years of experience.
- Experience –
- Preference will be given to skilled Protein analytical chemist who has worked with on physiochemical characterization of Therapeutic Monoclonal antibodies in reputed Labs/Institute.
