Job Description:
- To do Packaging material analysis of Innovator /Reference / In house products
- Identification of material
- Structure analysis
- Product specific requirement
- To do lab scale packaging activities: FnD / MCD (API / KSM) batch stability
- Pack type selection
- Packaging material selection and combination
- Change parts selection for existing change parts
- Execution of lab batches in stipulated time frame
- To ensure packaging material availability for respective projects
- To carry out technology transfer activities
- Pack type finalization
- Packaging material finalization
- Drafting STP (Standard Test Procedures), GTP (General Test Procedures), MPD (Master Packing Document) & PDR (Product Development Report)
- To execute batches at plant and trouble shooting
Knowledge of:
- Equipments Testers like scuff proof, Drop, Vibration, Leak, Thickness, Torque, Induction Sealing and Busting Strength Meter
- Materials Primary packaging materials Foaming, leading, container closures, collapsible tubes, injectable;
- Secondary packaging material Transportation / Shipping material; Tertiary packaging material CFB, wooden / plastic pallets.
Desired Profile:
- B Sc / B Pharm / B Tech + PG Diploma in Packaging / Graduate Diploma
- EXPERIENCE (yrs.) : 1 3 Years (for PG Diploma), 3 5 Years (for Graduate Diploma)
