Project Title : “Next-generation Hybrid Graphene and Two-Dimensional Materials based Nanophotonic Devices”
Salary : Rs. 12000 (Consolidated)
Duration of Project : 1 Year (Renewable upto 3 years based on performance)
Qualifications : M.Sc., Physics/Nanoscience/Material Science/Chemistry /Electronics/Photonics or M.Tech Electronics/Communication specialized in semiconductor devices /Nanoscience/ Photonics with a minimum of 55% marks.
Project Description : The project aims to develop (i) layered materials graphene, TMDs, TI (ii) Characterization: structural and optical (iii) Hybrid device fabrication.
