Job Title – Executive – Semi Commercial

Qualifications –

1. Able to handle manufacturing activities of sterile along with documentation.
2. Maintain cGMP practices along with documentation in various records.
3. Involvement in manufacturing and documentation.

Job Description –

1. To carry out the manufacturing operations of API/ intermediate processes in the plant as per the standard operating procedure.
2. To monitor the production activities in the plant as per cGMP and applicable Departmental SOPs.
3. Reporting the status of the production batches to the production manager / Shift Incharge.
4. Should be experienced in unit operations like distillation, layer extraction, crystallization, filtration, etc.
5. Should have experience in pharma cleaning, pharma operation, disinfection of area, etc.
6. Should be able to work for multi-purpose product manufacturing plant and manual operations.
7. Train and encourage the Worker and explain and Take out Highest Quality Production, upkeep GMP environment. Perform regular/periodic activities of GMP procedures established in the plant with means of self-audit, self-inspections.
8. Should able to prepare the equipment / systems for various safety permits.
9. Perform first line maintenance and reporting faults on plant and equipment, should have good communication skills to deal with other supporting departments.
10. Follow safety procedures like work permit systems, PPE usage during the operations.
11. Should have experience SAP PP module entries online
12. Should have experience Preparation of BMR/SOP/Deviation/ change control. Bsc/Msc/BE from reputed university.
