Job Description:
Lead Discussion with formulation development team towards designing formulation development strategy based on biopharmaceutical understanding and results of in vitro characterization of test and reference product.
Apply basic knowledge of statistical methods, formulation design, physical pharmacokinetics modeling in generic product development.
Generate scientific rationale / basis for organized invitro & invivo investigations.
Organize fund of knowledge / understanding / rationale around biopharmaceutics of the molecule to aid better generic design.
Design & development of bio-relevant dissolution media to aid complex generic product development.
Aid in reconstruction / reverse engineering of innovator formulation.
Design, develop, discuss & establish plans for executing BE studies to support generic product development through systematic & sequential deductive approach.
Establish IVIVR & IVIVC basis
for SUPAAC modifications / site transfer etc for complex generics
