Job Description
1. Planning & Execution of Development and Exhibit batches; Coordination with cross functional teams for smooth transfer of new products.
2. Review of development report for scale up batches
3. Risk assessments and usage of scale up techniques, Quality by design in designing of experiments; Ensuring robust technology transfer of new product.
4. Master Document (BMR, BPR, MFR, MPR) Preparation, review and approval for transfer of new products; Handling of incident, deviation and change control
5. To identify the root cause of process related problem faced during tech-transfer, scale up
and exhibit
6. Evaluation of batch size and equipment availability for transfer products.
