Job Description:
- Handling of Shift.
- Aseptic area management and monitoring of Aseptic area.
- Co-ordination with IPQC and IPQA department for routine work.
- Allotment of Manpower wherever applicable.
- Maintaining the disciplines and achieving the goals set by the management.
- Ensuring Zero accident in Production area.
- Ensuring on-line completion and review of all documents such as log books and BMR.
- Ensure the assembling for machine part as per GMP norms.
- Ensure the operation and documentation of Aseptic area as per SOP/BMR /GMP Norms.
- Ensure of cleaning and fogging in Aseptic area.
- Ensure Operation filtration loading unloading vial machine and Operation of Lyo.
- Ensure Partial counter assembling.
- Ensure filling, filtration, disinfectant filtration, aseptic articles unloading.
- Ensure CIP/SIP for Holding vessel and product pipe line.
- Ensure cleanliness of Aseptic area.

- PG – M.Pharma – Pharmacy
