Job Title – Research Scientist
Location – Mumbai
L’Oreal is looking for young talents to work at the Research & Innovation facility in Mumbai, India. The main job guidelines are:
- Design robust platforms that can be cascaded into winning formulas matching the defined performance objectives
- Pilot pre-development projects while guaranteeing that deadlines and cost requirements are met
- Transfer them to Development while sharing his/her expertise
- Be the champion of quality, safety and sustainable development commitments
- Communicate technological positioning and performance of the products to help sell to various stakeholders
- Participate in the development of expertise and know-how (market knowledge, new conception methods etc.)
Desirable Training and Experience:
- 3 to 10 years of experience in formulation of consumer products
- Design activities, technologies or formulas to maximize the perceived performance
- Transform scientific/technical knowledge into discovery or inventions
