Job Profile:
* To do literature search related to API and provide necessary information to MCD for project initiation
* To prepare FTO -Freedom to operate analysis report
* To ensure updation in FTO report to provide necessary feedback to superiors
* To prepare preliminary report with respect to customer query
* To analyze the identified invention w.r.t. prior art, draft and prepare documents for filing patents for various API and resolve related queries
* To evaluate intermediate and outsourced API material being used for development
* To gather information i.e. prior art search through literature reading, articles, patent law etc to understand, basic parameters, properties, mechanism of a compound
* To suggest product development strategy
* To find prepare patent opposition grounds for review and patents/ applications
