Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position available in Amrita Center for Industrial Research and Innovation (ACIRI) for engaging a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on a SERB funded research project, under Schemes for Early Career Research Award, under the supervision of Dr. Sudip Kumar Batabyal (PI), ACIRI, Amrita University.
Project Title: Understanding the device physics of solution processed solar cell from earth abundant Cu₂ZnSn(S/Se)₄ materials.
Funding Agency: SERB, New Delhi under Schemes of Early Career Research Award
Essential Qualifications: Masters in Physics / Chemistry / Materials Science/ Nano science with minimum of 55% aggregates marks from recognized university with GATE/NET qualified in relevant subject.
Desirable: Experience in thin film photovoltaics device fabrication and characterization.
Fellowship: Rs. 25,000/-p.m. + HRA
Duration: 3 Years; Initial appointment for one year and extendable up to maximum of total three years based on performance and other conditions.
General Terms and Conditions: The position is temporary and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of three years.
