Walk-in-Interview for JRF in the DST-SERB funded project in the Department of Chemistry

Applications are invited for Junior Research Fellow position in the DST SERB-sponsored project in the Department of Chemistry, University and Institute of Advanced Research, Gandhinagar.
The position is temporary and is available immediately. The position is initially for 1 year and extendable up to 3 years subject to continuation of the project and satisfactory performance of the incumbent.
The requisite qualification, experience, etc. as desired are given below:

Position: Junior Research Fellow

Project name: Design and Synthesis of Squalamine/Squalamine-like Molecules As Antimicrobial Agents
Funding Agency: Department of Science & technology (DST- SERB)

Qualification: Highly motivated candidates interested in Organic synthesis with M. Sc. in Chemistry with 60 % marks. Candidate who has qualified NET/ GATE will be preferred.
Candidates should have a strong background in organic chemistry.

Salary: 20000/- per month (Fixed)
